The journey begins with 4 weeks of Amanita muscaria microdosing, working with the nervous system to soften, regulate, and create the inner conditions needed for real change.
At week two, psilocybin is introduced and carried through the remaining 6 weeks. The two medicines briefly walking alongside each other before Amanita steps back and psilocybin leads the way deeper.
Together, they open a path of honest self-inquiry and expanding awareness into true alignment with self, earth, and spirit.
This is not a quick fix. It is a slow, intentional homecoming.
