This is a 4-week introduction series on mindfulness meditation. Throughout the month of June, we will explore the meaning of mindfulness and four key aspects of a mindfulness meditation practice. The four topics will be mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of body, mindfulness of thoughts, and mindfulness of emotions. The structure of the class will be a 20-minute dharma talk to introduce the topic, 20 minutes of mindfulness meditation practice, and 20 minutes for discussion and ask questions about the topic and the practice. 

This is a free course. Donations will be graciously accepted. This will be an online, closed group. 20 seats available.
